日 常 开 发 中 会 接 触 到 很 多 . 类 文 件 , 这 些 是 程 序 的 配 置 文 件 。 使 用 程 序 时 间 长 了 , 会 形 成 属 于 自 己 的 . 文 件 。 如 果 能 够 对 这 些 文 件 进 行 管 理 , 如 果 需 要 重 新 配 置 开 发 环 境 , 这 些 自 己 的 .* 文 件 会 起 到 关 键 作

The benefits of writing your own tools are that you dont have to learn them, they will do exactly what you want them to do and you could potentially design them as simple and straightforward as possible from the very start, not mentioning about learning some new technologies while doing something new. @ref:5
